6'5", Shooting Guard
Indianapolis (Ben Davis)
Event: Prep Ball Stars Combine
September 26, 2020
Brewer was extremely active on defense today. Normally a good defender, he showed the types of plays he can make with his athleticism, length and timing. He erased quite a few shots.

He shot it well in this session, but it remains the biggest area of improvement in his game. His vision in the half court is awfully good!

Indianapolis (Lawrence Central)
Event: Prep Ball Stars Combine
September 26, 2020
Very athletic and strong. Great motor the in both games! Didn't get a feel for his shooting range just yet, but he was outstanding getting to the basket. Much of it was in transition, but he made good decisions in half court and was able to finish amid contact.
6'5", Shooting Guard
Floyds Knobs (Floyd Central)
Event: Battle of the Brands
August 8, 2020
His versatile skillset is a big asset. He can play any perimeter spot, even as a primary ball handler vs certain matchups. Still love his shot, even though he wasn't hitting in this game.
6'4", Shooting Guard
Indianapolis (Perry Meridian)
Event: Battle of the Brands
August 8, 2020
His shooting mechanics are improved over last viewing him during the school season, but it would be better if he got into it or a drive more quickly in iso situations.

He's improving passer off the dribble though, and defensively he is still among the best in the class...a class that has lockdown caliber defenders at the wing. He can guard multiple spots.
6'5", Shooting Guard
Brownsburg
Event: Battle of the Brands
August 8, 2020
Struggled Trey Kaufman, but in a 'small ball' rotation, Thomas has to guard the 4. He was involved defensively in a lot of high/low action, which was literally a tall task.

Evolution of his shot mechanics and shot making is tracking nicely, and the ball still doesn't stick with him. He moves the ball for the sake of progressing the offense.
6'4", Shooting Guard
Fort Wayne (Bishop Luers)
Event: Battle of the Brands
August 8, 2020
Part of this is based on the system being run, but Thompson isn't great in isolation, at least not when there is size greeting him should he get past his defender. He often settled for a contested jump shot.

Would like to see what he could do getting catches off the move/off screens.

Solid defender, who can lose some focus off the ball.
6'5", Shooting Guard
South Bend (Riley)
Event: Battle of the Brands
August 8, 2020
Electric in transition, he shot the ball much better from range in the second half than in the first.

He still oozes defensive potential and ability and is a promising two way player beyond college.
6'3", Shooting Guard
Indianapolis (Cathedral)
Event: NY2LA Grassroots Showdown
August 6-9, 2020
Shot very well from outside both games I watched this weekend. Liked his aggressiveness. Athletic with length.
Showed he can rebound and was a willing defender. Strong showing for me.
6'6", Shooting Guard
Gary (Bowman Academy)
Event: The Region vs Illinois
August 5, 2020
Good shooter off the catch with 3pt range. He has the cross body mechanics, so it's tougher for him off the dribble, but with his length/size, he's able to finish at the rim. He handles the ball well too.

He was a willing defender, who really just needs to improve his footwork.
6'1", Shooting Guard
Merrillville
Event: The Region vs Illinois
August 5, 2020
Thompson is adept enough to be a primary ball handler, but right now, he isn't a PG. He's relentless downhill, but playing with more talent, he still wasn't finding people in the half court.

In transition, he was good looking ahead. That could project out with more structured reads in the half court, but he is very a capable, but shoot first guard.

Thompson was good defensively on the ball, physical.
6'3", Shooting Guard
Indianapolis (Cathedral)
Event: Grand Park Invitational
August 1-2, 2020
Playing for his school team in this event, Brady stood out, putting the ball on the floor and finishing under control. He shot the ball well too.

He's good defensively when he's locked in.
6'2", Shooting Guard
Indianapolis (Franklin Central)
Event: Grand Park Invitational
August 1-2, 2020
Good off the dribble and showed 3pt range. He's a willing passer in the half court, and has the look and feel of a primary ball handler.

Just a RIDICULOUS tip dunk late in a game. I thought it was Justin Dobbins at first, due to being on the opposite baseline, due to a similar hair style. It was vicious!
6'2", Shooting Guard
Leo
Event: Grand Park Invitational
August 1-2, 2020
Shot well with a nice, quick lefty release. Good defender but would struggle vs bigger players at his position.
6'3", Shooting Guard
Greencastle
Event: Grand Park Invitational
August 1-2, 2020
Scores from all three levels, just quick enough with the ball, just strong enough to take contact. Whitaker is also a good playmaker. Defensively, he's willing and guard his position.
6'4", Shooting Guard
Fort Wayne (Snider)
Event: Terrific 24
July 17-19, 2020
Eley showed strength and athleticism in scoring at the rim, certainly able to finish through contact. He shot it well, consistently from 3pt.

He didn't do much to set up teammates though, missing obvious reads. He didn't pass much.
