Home Scouting 2022 2022PlayersScouting Scouting ’22: Landen Babusiak 6’9″ Center; Hanover Central By Zak T - September 30, 2020 FacebookTwitterReddIt Good quality big men come at a premium. Landen fits the bill if you are looking for one with a great body, size, and who has a high ceiling. He rebounds well on both ends, and prides himself on his defense. I also love how he runs the floor and will get out in transition. In his sophomore season he averaged 11 points (60%), 7 rebounds, and 3 blocks a game, and shot 72% from the line. Look for him to take on a larger role in his junior season and for those numbers to continue to improve. This summer he has added a little outside shooting to his game, which is something you like to see in someone looking to improve and expand on their game. He also continues to develop his post play. Landen could develop into a dominate inside-out player. Currently Landen has spoken with a lot of mid-majors, and a couple D2 and D3 schools. He also has a couple of high-majors keeping tabs on him. He has spoken with Belmont and Appalachian State the most.
