You really can't get on the floor for Carroll unless you hit the weight room.  Jalen Jackson certainly fits that bill.  Carroll was a different team when he wasn't on the floor.  He is a score first point guard, but the ball doesn't stick with him.  

Need to see more of Jackson in regards to his shooting, but he finishes well in traffic and gets to the free throw line.  42% from 3pt, but just on 42 attempts.  72% from the FT line at 5 FTA per game.  His shot mechanics suggests 3pt consistency, and his FT% should increase as he gets older.  

Jackson is a lockdown capable defender, and he rebounds his position well.  He led Carroll in scoring, and at 5.6 rebounds per game he barely missed out on leading them in rebounding too.
