Home Game Center Game Center Game Take: Penn 57 – Goshen 25 By Zak T - March 2, 2021 FacebookTwitterReddIt Goshen was just outmatched from the tip in this one. Penn guards were on their game, and the entire team was solid on D and rebounded extremely well. Goshen junior Drew Hogan and sophomore Quinn Bechtel looked played hard and should be watched going forward. Penn just shut Goshen down all around. Markus Burton - 5'11" guard - 2023 Penn This was the best game I've have been fortunate enough to see Burton play. He just did it all in this one. Hit from outside, dished to teammates to hit shots, and was able to get to the basket and finish on both sides. Very solid on D as well, and rebounded position well. Really love how he's developed. Drew Hogan - 5'10" guard - 2022 Goshen Drew struggled in this one as Burton was on his game defensively in this one to help shut him down. Hogan struggled from outside, but was able to do what he does best, and that's get to the rim and play through contact. He knocked down all 6 of his FTs and finished with 12. Quinn Bechtel - 5'11" guard - 2023 Goshen My first time seeing Quinn and he played well for a sophomore, who was a little outmatched in this one. Like his upside, as he has the strength and smarts to play really well. Had a few rebounds and chipped in 6 points. Joe Smith - 5'11" guard - 2023 Penn This wasn't Joe's best game, but he was a factor defensively. Solid player and he's heady so I'd expect him to show up against Northridge on Friday. Typically Joe is known as a shooter, who will also get to the rim at times and knock down FTs. Upside is there. RELATED ARTICLESMORE FROM AUTHOR Kentuckiana Summer League Day 1 Indiana v.
