Ben Davis is an impressive though expected 2-0 start, and their schedule doesn't get much easier in their game vs. Southport. It's strength vs. strength. Both teams have a talented collection of guards, athletic wings and an interior presence. Ben Davis, on paper, has more depth, but the transfers of the Pinkston brothers from Tindley should be a big boost.

Both teams will bring pressure, Ben Davis especially, so (the obvious) limiting turnovers is a key. This could go south in a hurry if either team is giving up live ball turnovers. The offensive glass is a key. Both aspects are keys to any game, but both teams will likely rely on extra possessions each game as deciding factors.

Two X-factors: How much Shaun Arnold does look to produce offensively, and Nickens Lemba staying out of foul trouble. Southport gets pretty small with Lemba out, and BD has more bodies up front should Zane Doughty have to sit.
