    7:30 PM Cathedral (8-2) vs. Carmel (8-4)

Typically one of the best games of the season. This has been a pretty even series dating back to the 80's, and of late both have been state contenders. It's been since 2018 that another team won a 4A title. Plenty of talent on both teams, but Carmel has been short handed for the last couple of weeks, as Bonds and Griffin have both missed games due to injury. No timetable for either to date.

On paper, Cathedral has more weapons and plays more players. Their challenge will be in who they match Booker up against. Kokomo's Flory Bidunga didn't match up against Orme, who is Carmel's de facto 'big'. Chasing him through screens is no easy task. Carmel will need their secondary offensive weapons to play with the aggression they did against Westfield, and they will have limit live ball turnovers, as it's most assured Cathedral will try to extend their defense into the backcourt.
