Gunn's returns after a broken toe sideline him most of the fall. How others fit into new roles will be key. Kobe Bowles and Mac Brown shouldn't have much of a change. What they'll need as they go forward is more of a presence on the offensive glass. Tindley's schedule will more than prepare them for March. 7 of their 10 losses last year were to 4A teams. They were able to beat Lafayette Jeff (Regional finalist) last year, as well as 3A Brebeuf. They're 0-2 so far this year vs. non-1A teams, so LN looms as another shot at a big win. Vernon (5-1)After beating 7-1 conference foe, New Castle, Mt. Vernon faces undefeated #1 Zionsville. Mt. Vernon didn't really get going untilt their backs were against the wall, and while they were able to speed up New Castle, it will be a tougher task to do that to Zionsville, led by Logan Imes. Also, Mt. Vernon will need to figure out how to deal with the size and varied skillsets of Nick Richart and Isaiah Davis.Zionsville EaglesMaguire Mitchell 6'5" small forward (2025)Drew Snively 6'4" shooting guard (2025)Jackson Tielker 6'1" shooting guard (2025)Cooper Hess 6'7" center (2026)Mt.
